What areas do you serve?
We serve the entire NYC metro area including all five boroughs: Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island. We're always expanding — if you're outside these areas, give us a call.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. Our team arrives with all the necessary equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products. If you have specific products you'd prefer we use, just let us know.
Are your cleaners insured?
Yes. Every team member is a direct employee — not a subcontractor — and we are fully bonded and insured. Your property is protected on every visit.
Will I have the same cleaner each time?
Yes. We assign the same cleaner to your account so they learn your preferences, your space, and exactly how you like things done.
What products do you use?
We use plant-based, biodegradable cleaning products that are tough on dirt but safe for children, pets, and the environment.
Can I schedule evenings or weekends?
Absolutely. We're open 7 days a week, 6am to 11pm. Evening and weekend slots are available — just let us know your preference.
How do I get a quote?

What's your cancellation policy?
You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment with no fees. We understand life happens.
Do you offer commercial cleaning contracts?
Yes. We handle offices, retail stores, restaurants, and medical facilities. Contracts can be daily, weekly, or custom — after-hours service available so your business isn't disrupted.
Are background checks performed?
Every team member passes a thorough background check before they ever enter a customer's home or business. Trust and safety are our foundation.
